Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are shipped from our facility in South Florida.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing in the next 2-3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days via ground shipping. Actual delivery timelines may vary by destination.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships, sent to the address provided at checkout.

  • Track your shipment at any time using this tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Teddy Headwear™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once transferred to the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
