Shipping & Delivery

Shipping orders: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.

All orders shipped will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a valid physical shipping address where someone will be present to sign for the package.  After 3 attempts of delivery for signature, the package will be returned to the shipper and the customer will be held responsible for the freight charges incurred both ways irrespective of the free shipping offered at the time of order.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Express Shipping

Express orders placed before 3 PM(PST) will be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be shipped out on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Return instructions: Please follow the instructions on the return slip included in your order. All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Please include your order number on the outside of the package and send to this address:

Return requirements:

ALL returns must be unworn, and in same condition as mailed

ALL sale and/or discounted items are final

If you return an item that is not eligible for return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items must be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse. Teddy Headwear is NOT responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. The original shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Return Process: Once we have received the return and it is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  Your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email with the address from when the order was placed. Please note that your banking or credit card company may take longer to process the refund and to contact them regarding any pending transaction. It may take up to 5-7 business days once they’ve received the information from us.

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email hello@peopleofleisure.co to ensure that the new item is available. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above).
